Mastering Project Fundamentals

PADU Associates recently hosted an impactful two-day training session, Mastering Project Fundamentals, organised by DMU, KPM, from 29-30 October 2024 at Tenera Hotel in Bangi. This session brought together 30 participants, including Programme Managers, Work Stream Leaders, and representatives from EPRD and DMU, all dedicated to enhancing their project management skills.

Led by our main presenter, Ts. Kuhan Thasapalan, alongside facilitators Radzifuddin Nordin and Zekri Ghazali, this hands-on training moved beyond theoretical concepts, immersing participants in core project management practices. From initiating project ideas to monitoring and controlling progress, participants gained practical skills that are critical for project success.

Through engaging, real-life scenarios, participants strengthened their understanding of essential project management principles, lifecycle stages, and key knowledge areas. The group’s commitment and insights made this session an inspiring experience, one that will resonate in the meaningful results they go on to achieve.
