PADU comprises a hybrid team of over years of collective experience and highly skilled talents from private sectors and ministry secondees.

PADU Associates or PASB is a private entity formed by the team drawing from PADU’s deep and varied experience in strategic planning, programme delivery and capability building. We aspire to deliver what we do best beyond the ministry.
