Ms. Khadijah Abdullah is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning both the public and private sectors. She served as Chief Executive Officer of PADU from May 2014 to June 2019, where she successfully spearheaded multiple national initiatives transformations. Prior to her tenure at PADU, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Malaysian Insurance Institute.

With a foundation in education and training, Ms. Khadijah commenced her professional journey within the Ministry of Education, serving as a teacher, teacher trainer, and Assistant Director in the Johor State Education Department. Subsequently, she transitioned to the corporate realm, taking on the role of Head of Group Organisational Development for a leading Malaysian bank. In this capacity, she established and led the organisation's Leadership Centre.

Ms. Khadijah's expertise encompasses leadership, organisational transformation, organisational development, and corporate culture development. Her extensive experience is further enriched by her involvement in various local and international boards and advisory councils.
